فانفلوئنشبیهسازی مصاحبه کاری انگلیسی با هوش مصنوعی؛ قدم‌به‌قدم
برای مصاحبه کاری انگلیسی با هوش مصنوعی، job brief بده، سؤال‌ها رو یکی‌یکی جواب بده، follow-up بگیر، دو نکتهٔ مهم رو مرور کن و همون جواب واقعی رو کوتاه‌تر retry کن.
AI رو interviewer کن، نه نویسندهٔ جواب: job brief بده، سؤال رو یکی‌یکی بگیر، با صدای بلند جواب بده، یک follow-up تحمل کن، بعد فقط دو نکتهٔ مهم بگیر و همون جواب واقعی خودت رو tighter تکرار کن.
AI جواب “Tell me about yourself” رو برات خیلی شیک می‌نویسه. مشکل؟ نصف جمله‌ها رو خودت توی مصاحبه هیچ‌وقت نمی‌گی و یه بخشش هم دیگه شبیه سابقهٔ واقعی تو نیست.
برای mock interview خوب، AI نباید جواب‌ساز باشه؛ باید فشار سؤال رو شبیه‌سازی کنه و کمک کنه جواب واقعی خودت واضح‌تر بشه.
JOB BRIEF → INTERVIEWER → ONE QUESTION → ANSWER OUT LOUD → ONE FOLLOW-UP → TWO NOTES → TIGHTER RETRY
این prompt پایه رو می‌تونی با اطلاعات واقعی خودت پر کنی:
“Act as an English-speaking interviewer for a [job title] role. Ask one question at a time. After each answer, ask one realistic follow-up before giving feedback. Don’t interrupt unless I ask for help. After the follow-up, give me only two high-impact notes: one about clarity/relevance/examples and one about English if needed. Keep my real experience and meaning. If you rewrite my answer, keep it at my current English level. Then ask me to answer the same question again in a tighter way.”
قدم اول: job brief بساز؛ AI نباید شغل رو حدس بزنه
اگه فقط بگی «ازم مصاحبه بگیر»، سؤال‌ها خیلی زود generic می‌شن. قبل از شروع، این اطلاعات رو از آگهی واقعی شغل و سابقهٔ واقعی خودت آماده کن:
Job Brief
بعد به AI بگو فقط بر اساس همین brief سؤال بسازه و چیزی دربارهٔ سابقهٔ تو اختراع نکنه.
“Use only the job brief and candidate facts I provide. Do not invent achievements, employers, projects, degrees, tools, or years of experience.”
قدم دوم: بانک سؤال کوچک بساز، نه فهرست ۵۰تایی
برای یک session کوتاه، پنج تا هفت سؤال کافی‌ه. این‌ها هستهٔ خوبی می‌دن:
Tell me about yourself
هدف: سابقهٔ فعلی + تجربهٔ مرتبط + دلیل قدم بعدی. نه زندگینامه، نه CV از کلاس اول.
Prompt: “Ask me ‘Tell me about yourself.’ After my answer, ask one follow-up about the experience most relevant to this role.”
Why are you interested in this role?
هدف: یک motivation واقعی + یک اتصال مشخص به job description.
Prompt: “Ask why I want this role. If my answer is generic, ask me which responsibility or problem in the job interests me most.”
Strengths and weaknesses
برای strength مثال واقعی بده. برای weakness چیزی واقعی ولی قابل‌مدیریت بگو و توضیح بده چه کار کردی بهترش کنی. weakness نمایشی نساز.
Teamwork or conflict
اینجا یک story واقعی لازم داری. اگه story نداری، AI نباید برات یکی بسازه.
Prompt: “Ask me for one real teamwork or conflict example. If I stay vague, ask what I specifically did.”
Experience gap
هدف: gap رو قایم نکن؛ adjacent skill و plan یادگیری رو روشن کن.
Salary / availability
این بخش context-dependentـه. تمرین کن شفاف و محتاط جواب بدی، ولی یک script ثابت رو قانون جهانی حساب نکن.
“I’d like to understand the full scope and package before giving a firm number.”
“I need to confirm my notice period, but I expect I could start around…”
Role-specific question
یک placeholder بده که از مسئولیت واقعی شغل سؤال بسازه:
“Ask one role-specific question based on this responsibility: [paste real responsibility]. Then ask how I would approach it and what trade-offs I would consider.”

برای Tell me about yourself: الان کجایی → چه چیز مرتبطی انجام دادی → چرا این قدم بعدی منطقیه.
سؤال شروع مصاحبه.
role، years و responsibilities رو فقط با facts واقعی خودت عوض کن.
Original practice example
I’m interested in this role because it combines client communication with project delivery, which are the parts of my current work I enjoy most.
برای Why this role?: motivation واقعی + دو جزء مشخص از job.
motivation question.
دو بخش واقعی از job description رو جای client communication و project delivery بذار.
Original practice example
On one project, two teams disagreed about the release date. My task was to get a workable plan. I set up a short meeting, clarified the blockers, and we agreed on a smaller first release. We shipped the core features on time.
یک mini-STAR واقعی: Situation → Task → Action → Result. STAR قالب storyـه، نه دستگاه داستان‌سازی.
teamwork، conflict، ownership یا problem-solving.
با یک story واقعی خودت همین چهار قطعه رو پر کن. اگر نتیجه دقیق یادت نیست، عدد یا outcome اختراع نکن.
Original practice example
I haven’t used that exact tool in production yet, but I’ve worked with a similar workflow and I’ve already started learning the basics. I’d be happy to explain what I know and where I’d need ramp-up time.
برای experience gap: gap رو صادقانه بگو → adjacent evidence بده → ramp-up رو واقع‌بینانه توضیح بده.
سؤال دربارهٔ tool، domain یا تجربه‌ای که هنوز کامل نداری.
exact tool، similar workflow و learning step رو با واقعیت خودت عوض کن.
قدم سوم: قبل از feedback، یک follow-up واقعی بگیر
اگه AI بعد از هر جواب فوراً correction بده، فشار مصاحبه خیلی زود می‌خوابه. اول یک follow-up:
- What was your specific contribution?
- What was the hardest part?
- What would you do differently now?
- Why is that relevant to this role?
- Can you give me one concrete example?
بعد از follow-up تازه feedback بگیر.
“Now give me only two high-impact notes: one about clarity/relevance/example quality, and one about English if there is a meaningful issue. Don’t rewrite my whole answer yet.”
یک mini mock interview واقعی
Interviewer: Tell me about yourself.
Learner: I’m working as a project coordinator for three years. I’m interested on this role because I want more responsibility and I like working with clients.
Interviewer: What kind of responsibility are you hoping to take on next?
Learner: I want to be more responsible for planning projects and talking with clients from the beginning.
حالا AI باید دو نکتهٔ محدود بده، نه اینکه کل شخصیت حرفه‌ای تو رو بازنویسی کنه.
Correction 1: “I’m working as a project coordinator for three years.”
Classification: برای موقعیتی که سه سال قبل شروع شده و هنوز ادامه داره، این ساخت در English استاندارد مناسب نیست.
شنونده چی می‌فهمه؟ می‌فهمه learner سه ساله project coordinatorـه.
منظور learner: «سه ساله به‌عنوان هماهنگ‌کننده پروژه کار می‌کنم.»
Natural alternative: “I’ve been working as a project coordinator for three years.” یا “I’ve worked as a project coordinator for three years.”
Context note: “I’m working as a project coordinator” بدون duration phrase برای وضعیت فعلی می‌تونه درست باشه؛ ولی ongoing duration با for three years معمولاً present perfect یا present perfect continuous می‌خواد.
Correction 2: “I’m interested on this role…”
Classification: preposition اشتباه برای collocation استاندارد.
شنونده چی می‌فهمه؟ منظور کاملاً روشنه: learner به این شغل علاقه داره.
منظور learner: «به این موقعیت علاقه‌مندم چون مسئولیت بیشتر و کار با مشتری می‌خوام.»
Natural alternative: “I’m interested in this role…”
Context note: عبارت استاندارد interested inـه؛ on با این adjective در این کاربرد طبیعی نیست.
نسخهٔ tighter، با همون facts:
“I’ve been working as a project coordinator for three years. I coordinate timelines, follow up on blockers, and communicate with clients. I’m interested in this role because I’d like to take more ownership of project planning and client communication from the start.”
نکته مهم: این نسخه فقط structure و English رو بهتر کرده؛ employer، achievement یا تجربهٔ جدید اختراع نکرده.
بعد از ۵ دقیقه mock interview، این‌ها رو مرور کن؛ score جادویی لازم نیست

قدم چهارم: همون سؤال رو با یک constraint تازه retry کن
جواب بهتر یعنی همون facts با pressure جدید، نه script حفظی.
Constraint 1: زیر ۴۵ ثانیه
فقط detailهای مرتبط رو نگه دار. opening، یک evidence، closing.
Constraint 2: یک مثال concrete
اگه جواب generic بود، یک تجربهٔ واقعی اضافه کن. عدد یا resultی که مطمئن نیستی نساز.
Constraint 3: یک STAR story
برای behavioral question: Situation → Task → Action → Result. فقط story واقعی.
Constraint 4: follow-up سخت‌تر
از AI بخواه زاویه رو عوض کنه:
“Ask me a harder follow-up that challenges one assumption in my answer.”
سؤال‌های حساس: جواب مطمئن‌نما نساز
Experience gap
نگو toolی رو بلدی که بلد نیستی. بگو دقیقاً چی بلدی، چی نزدیکه، و کجا ramp-up لازم داری.
Availability
اگه تاریخ قطعی نیست:
“I need to confirm my notice period, but I expect I could start around…”
Salary
این سؤال به کشور، نقش، مرحلهٔ فرایند و شرایط شخصی بستگی داره. AI نباید عدد بازار رو از خودش دربیاره. می‌تونی phrasing رو تمرین کنی:
“I’d like to understand the full scope of the role and the overall package before giving a firm number.”
Weakness
weakness نمایشی نساز. یک مورد واقعی انتخاب کن که بتونی توضیح بدی برای مدیریتش چه تغییری دادی.
AI برای آماده‌شدن؛ نه کمک پنهانی وسط مصاحبه
این خط مهمه: تمرین با AI قبل از مصاحبه، ساختن سؤال، mock interview و review کردن جواب‌ها یک چیزه؛ استفادهٔ پنهانی از AI وسط یک مصاحبهٔ واقعی چیز دیگه.
راهنمای فعلی مصاحبهٔ OpenAI صریح می‌گه قواعد استفاده از AI و ابزارها بسته به فرمت مصاحبه فرق می‌کنه: بعضی فرمت‌ها اجازه می‌دن، بعضی‌ها عمداً حل مستقل بدون AI رو می‌سنجن. اگر مطمئن نیستی، قبل از مصاحبه از recruiter یا interviewer بپرس.
- سابقه، پروژه، مسئولیت یا achievement نساز.
- جواب perfect حفظ نکن که با اولین follow-up فرو بریزه.
- در مصاحبهٔ live از AI مخفیانه استفاده نکن مگر صریحاً مجاز باشه.
- feedback AI رو حکم نهایی حساب نکن؛ مخصوصاً دربارهٔ fit، hiring decision یا interpretation آدم‌ها.
اگه mock interview رو با ChatGPT Voice اجرا می‌کنی
طبق مستندات فعلی OpenAI برای ChatGPT Voice، Voice امکان گفت‌وگوی صوتی رفت‌وبرگشتی رو می‌ده، اما transcript verbatim نیست و ممکنه مخصوصاً با overlap یا background noise دقیقاً همون چیزی نباشه که گفتی. usage limits با plan فرق می‌کنن و ممکنه تغییر کنن؛ بعضی Voice options و features هم بسته به plan و account در دسترسن. خود ChatGPT هم ممکنه اشتباه کنه.
پس transcript رو برای review استفاده کن، نه به‌عنوان proof قطعی از pronunciation یا performance.

هدف شبیه‌سازی مصاحبه کاری انگلیسی با هوش مصنوعی این نیست که AI یه version جذاب‌تر از تو اختراع کنه.

facts همون facts. story همون story. فقط جواب باید clearتر، relevantتر و دفاع‌پذیرتر بشه.
جواب خوب قرار نیست شبیه script باشه؛ باید وقتی follow-up زاویه رو عوض کرد، هنوز بتونی با زبان خودت ادامه بدی.
