The short answer

“There are three reasons…”

lecture에서 모든 so, well, now가 중요한 point를 뜻하는 건 아닙니다.

MAP: lecture

Original practice example

Today I want to focus on three causes of urban flooding.

Original practice example

Let’s move on to the second problem: maintenance costs.

Let’s move on to...

Original practice example

The key point to remember is that correlation does not prove causation.

The key point...

여기서 “The key point to remember is that...”

SignalFunctionNote action
There are two reasons...reason structure1 / 2 branch
In contrast...comparison↔ 또는 A vs B
For example...support/exampleindent under existing point
As a result...consequence→ result

Original practice example

For example, a city may reduce traffic without changing total travel demand.

For example은 새 main heading보다 기존 claim을 support하는 detail일 가능성이 큽니다.

To sum up, overall, the main takeaway is...

To sum up, the policy worked in the short term but created a new long-term cost.

Wrap: short-term ✓ / long-term new cost

Note Slot Lab: signpost

Today we’ll look at two explanations for the decline.

MAP.

Now let’s turn to the evidence.

SHIFT. 새 heading Evidence를 엽니다.

What matters most here is the timing.

PRIORITY.

There are two reasons for this.

So, to sum up, the first model is cheaper but less reliable.

WRAP.

One-Minute Compression:

Today I want to compare two approaches to city transport. The first reduces car traffic by making parking more expensive. The second improves public transport frequency. The key point is that both approaches change behavior in different ways. To sum up, one raises the cost of driving while the other makes alternatives more attractive.

City transport — 2 approaches
1. ↑ parking cost → ↓ car traffic
2. ↑ public transport frequency
★ behavior change: driving cost vs attractive alternative

SIGNAL → SLOT → NOTE.
