Kế hoạch shadowing 30 ngày theo 4 pha: Support → Fade → Transfer → Answer, với checkpoint để biết khi nào giảm hỗ trợ và chuyển sang tự trả lời.
Nếu “30 ngày shadowing” chỉ là cùng một bài tập lặp 30 lần, đó là calendar—not progression. Tháng này phải thay đổi job của bạn: được hỗ trợ → bớt hỗ trợ → xử lý audio mới → tự trả lời.
30-Day Support Fade: Support → Fade → Transfer → Answer
- Days 1–7 — Supported Echo: audio + transcript support, một target duy nhất.
- Days 8–14 — Text Fade: bắt đầu hidden-text pass.
- Days 15–21 — Fresh Transfer: matched fresh audio, Track / Shape / Rejoin.
- Days 22–30 — Answer & Own: shadow model ngắn rồi tự trả lời prompt liên quan.

Khi text bị hidden, nếu chỉ up rơi nhưng bạn rejoin được, đó là useful information—not total failure.
Repair đúng missing chunk rồi retry.
Gate B — sẵn sàng sang Phase 3?
Ít nhất một hidden-text pass vẫn mostly source-led, và sau một miss bạn có thể rejoin. Nếu collapse toàn bộ, restore transcript locally.
Days 15–21 — Fresh Transfer: đổi wording, giữ difficulty cùng league
Đây là lúc bạn test xem skill có rời được khỏi clip đã thuộc không. A 2025 systematic review nhắc rằng nhiều shadowing studies dùng controlled tasks, nên fluent imitation không tự động chứng minh spontaneous transfer.
Fresh clip phải matched với familiar material: clarity, speed, length và language difficulty gần nhau. Một 2024 study on material difficulty cũng cho thấy difficulty tương tác với learner proficiency, nên “harder” không phải automatic progress.
