買い物の英語シャドーイング｜商品を尋ねる・比べる・返品を相談する
買い物で商品を尋ねても、その後の比較や返品相談で止まる人へ。FIND→SHADOW→COMPARE→EXPLAIN→VERIFYで、商品質問・比較・return reason・store responseの確認まで練習します。
商品を尋ね、assistantの質問をshadowし、two optionsをone criterionで比較し、返品ではproblem factを言ってstore responseを確認します。
I want a refund. は言えた。でも店員はまだ「何が問題？」の段階。shirtがtoo smallなのか、colourなのか、brokenなのかが抜けている。returnを相談するときは、problem fact と desired outcome を分ける。

EXPLAIN：returnではproblem factを先に言う
Cambridge Dictionaryのreturnには、purchased itemをshopへ返すretail senseがあります。British CouncilのShop service role-playでは、wrong size/colourやbroken itemなどを理由にcustomerとshop assistantがreturn situationをrole-playします。

VERIFY：store responseをpolicyだと思い込まない

returnを相談するときは、problem fact と desired outcome を分ける。 shopping shadowingでは、買う前の質問だけでなく、assistantの返事、比較、return conversationまで聞く。そこで初めて“shopping English”がone-tripのskillになります。
