You’re careless.

Original practice example

The last two reports came in after the deadline.

Original practice example

On this slide, there are six full sentences of text.

บอกสิ่งที่อยู่บน slide จริง แทน This slide is messy. ซึ่งเป็น interpretation

ใช้เมื่อให้ feedback งาน presentation/design

Original practice example

That meant the review started a day late.

You don’t care about deadlines. The last two reports came in after the deadline, which meant the review started a day late.

Original practice example

For the next report, could you send the draft by Thursday at 3?

Please be more responsible.

Original practice example

Your summary was easy to follow because you grouped the main points clearly.

Great job!

Great job!

You need to be more professional.

Original practice example

Could you give me an example of what “more professional” would look like here?

ฝึก: เปลี่ยนคำใน quote เป็น more proactive, clearer หรือ feedback vague อื่น

I understand the example. I’m not sure I agree with the interpretation, but I can adjust the timing next time.

รับ feedback ไม่ได้แปลว่าต้องพูด You’re absolutely right เสมอ

Check: paraphrase

British Council clear-communication guidance แนะนำการ clarify understanding ด้วยการ paraphrase เช่น “So, what you’re saying is…”

So, what you’re asking for is an earlier draft so the review can start on time. Is that right?

Shadow → Remove the labels → Rebuild

Shadow:

  1. The last two reports came in after the deadline.
  2. That meant the review started a day late.
  3. For the next report, could you send the draft by Thursday at 3?

รอบถัดไปให้โจทย์เป็น Your slides are messy. แล้วลบ label messy. สร้าง observation + impact + next ใหม่

B บอก behaviour ที่ตรวจได้; A เป็น personality judgment

Case B: positive feedback “Great job.”

ทำให้ specific

Case C: คุณได้รับ “Be more professional.”

Camera test

  • You’re unreliable.
  • The file was missing the final table.
  • You’re not proactive.
  • You asked for clarification before starting.

ใช้ Observe → Impact → Next → Check.
