Khi luyện shopping English bằng shadowing, hãy xử lý một decision mỗi turn: hỏi missing detail, compare đúng một criterion, rồi choose; nếu quay lại sau khi mua, state fact trước và ask option sau.

Đổi smaller size thành larger size hoặc hỏi colour với một frame phù hợp.

- weight → lighter
- price → cheaper / more expensive
- size → bigger / smaller

COMPARE: một criterion, một sentence
Original practice example
This one is lighter than the other one.
Comparative lighter + than compares two stated items. Đừng nhét thêm price vào cùng sentence nếu decision hiện tại là weight.
Comparing two jackets, bags or similar items.
Nghĩa: Cái này nhẹ hơn cái kia.
Đổi lighter thành cheaper hoặc more expensive và giữ pattern đúng.

More cheaper là double comparative. Chọn một: cheaper.
CHOOSE: comparison phải dẫn tới một action

Bạn state desired exchange. if possible giữ availability/policy mở; câu này không claim store bắt buộc phải accept.
Requesting a different size after purchase.
Nghĩa: Tôi muốn đổi món này sang size lớn hơn, nếu được.
Đổi larger size thành another colour hoặc another item trong một role-play giả định.
RETURN: fact trước, policy sau

I’d like to return this. It doesn’t fit. Could you tell me what my options are?
Ba jobs riêng: desired action → concrete reason → ask what options apply. Không assume refund method, deadline, receipt rule hay outcome.
In-store return conversation when policy is not yet known.
Nghĩa: Tôi muốn trả món này. Nó không vừa. Bạn cho tôi biết tôi có những lựa chọn nào được không?
Thay reason bằng một observation factual khác; không invent quyền lợi hoặc policy.
Policy unknown không có nghĩa conversation impossible. Nó chỉ đổi job của turn từ “demand result” sang “ask option”.
