レストランの英語シャドーイング｜注文・確認・違う料理への対応
レストランで注文はできても確認や違う料理への対応で止まる人へ。ORDER→SHADOW→CONFIRM→COMPARE→REPAIRで、注文・read-back・mismatch説明・次の確認まで練習します。
customerとserverの両turnをshadowし、注文detailを確認し、料理が違えばordered itemとdelivered itemを具体的に比較して、次の対応を確認します。
I’ll have the grilled chicken, please. は言えた。serverがrepeatして、なぜか fish が聞こえた。でも“英語で注文できた！”で頭が祝勝会。料理が来てから発覚。注文を言えたら半分。確認でズレを止め、違う料理が来たらfactでrepairする。

ORDER：one dish + one detailから始める
Cambridge Dictionaryでは、restaurantのorderはfood/drinksのrequestを指します。menuはrestaurantで注文できるfood/drinksのlistです。

CONFIRM：serverのrepeat-backを聞き流さない
このarticleでは、注文を言ったあとにserverがorderをrepeat backするwriter-original stepを入れます。目的はrestaurant policyを再現することではなく、自分が言ったdetailと相手が返したdetailをcompareするlistening practiceです。
